The Church Schools Children’s Fund (CSCF) provides financial, emotional and social support to students in church schools and their families.
We provide tools for children, adolescents and their families to acquire skills and to develop emotional and psychological strength as well as financial independence. The CSCF will provide relevant safe spaces for children and adolescents coming from different backgrounds and cultures, to develop expression of their emotions, free speech, artistic talents and belong to a community.
Some children find themselves in distress due to social, emotional and psychological difficulties that they would be facing. The CSCF works closely with the Senior Management Teams of their schools, their families and other professionals internal and external to our agency to provide the best care plan for these children.
More often than not we need to refer these children to services that are not provided internally or by the State. These services cost money. The children’s families cannot afford to pay for these services and therefore we must refer them to agencies that provide financial support to fund the services. Our fund is trying to provide some of the financial support to fund much needed services for these children and their families.
